2009 WSOP Satellites
Summer is nearly here and poker players around the world are getting ready to descend on Las Vegas for the 2009 WSOP. The World Series of Poker will begin late this month and run through July.
Poker Stars has recently released their Poker Stars 2009 WSOP Satellites. They have ran their satellites for about two weeks and have already given 289 World Series of Poker Main Event seats.
Full Tilt Poker has been running their satellites for about a month and have given away 316 seats. Full Tilt Poker 2009 WSOP Satellites have some large events coming up including their popular 150 seat guarantee where in one tournament they will give away a minimum of 150 Main Event seats. This is always one of the largest poker satellite tournaments and Full Tilt has been hosting it for the past couple years.
Also running satellites are Party Poker and Absolute Poker. net. The poker satellite tournaments are not nearly as frequent as Full Tilt and Poker Stars but they usually give away about 100-200 seats every year for the WSOP Main Event. If you would like to find out about qualifiing at a less daunting poker qualifier then a great choice would be playing at Party Poker WSOP (NO US Players) and Absolute Poker WSOP.
